Shipping and Delivery Policy

  1. Order Processing Time
    • "Order Processing Time" refers to the duration from the moment you place and pay for your order until the package is prepared for handover to the carrier.
    • We typically process all orders within 3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
    • During peak sales periods or promotions, processing times may extend to 5 business days, and we will post relevant announcements prominently on our website.
  2. Shipping Regions and Carriers
    • We currently offer delivery services to Japan, Europe, the United States, and other regions.
    • We partner with the following reputable courier services to ensure the safe delivery of your order:
      • Japan Post, China Post
      • For international orders, we collaborate with DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS.
  3. Shipping Fees
    • Shipping fees are determined based on your selected option.
    • We offer the following shipping options:
      • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days within Japan; 15-20 business days for international orders.
      • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days within Japan; 7-10 business days for international orders.
  4. Delivery Time
    • "Delivery Time" refers to the period from when the carrier receives the package to when it is delivered to you.
    • All delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance (for international orders).
    • Estimated delivery times for different shipping methods are as follows:
      • Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days for domestic orders.
      • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days for domestic orders.
      • International Shipping: 7-20 business days (customs clearance may require an additional 2-10 business days).
  5. Order Tracking
    • Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, including a tracking number and a link to track your package.
    • You can use the tracking number to monitor your package’s status in real-time on the carrier’s official website. If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours of shipment, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at life@zeroplustech.co.jp.
  6. Damaged, Lost, or Undeliverable Packages
    • Damaged in Transit: If your items arrive damaged, please take photos as evidence within 48 hours of receipt and contact us immediately at life@zeroplustech.co.jp. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
    • Lost Packages: If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if the package remains stagnant for over 7 business days during transit, please contact us. We will assist you in initiating an investigation with the carrier.
    • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, no recipient available, or other reasons, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, but you will be responsible for additional shipping fees. If you request a refund, the original product amount will be refunded, but the initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
